Collaboration Spheres

If you ever felt overwhelmed by large collections of documents and it was even hard to think of the query you would need to submit, the Collaboration Spheres will enable you to search by example, providing recommendations based on a selection of research objects or researchers from your social network. Just drag and drop to see related research objects obtained through the automatic analysis of the selected content. The Collaboration Spheres are integrated with the EVER-EST VRE through a single sign on mechanism.

Featured Research Objects

The EVER-EST virtual research communities, including Sea Monitoring represented by Istituto di Scienze Marine at CNR, Natural Hazards (Natural Environment Research Council), Land Monitoring (European Satellite Center), and Geohazard Supersites (Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia) have already generated a number of high quality research objects known as Golden Exemplars (GERO). In addition, we have crossed the Everest boundaries and outreached new user communities such as NSF-funded Neon project.
